using Procreate brushes in your own digital artwork

3. Prohibited Use

resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or give away the original product files
upload the original files to marketplaces, membership libraries, cloud drives, free download sites, or file-sharing platforms
claim the original product files as your own creation
repackage, bundle, or modify the files for resale as a competing or substitute digital product
use the files in a way that allows others to extract, download, or access the original assets as standalone resources
distribute purchased files to friends, team members, students, or clients as standalone files unless the product page specifically allows it
use any product in a way that violates copyright, trademark, or applicable law
4. Commercial Use Clarification
If a product is marked as allowing commercial use, this generally means you may use the product to create your own finished end product for sale, client work, or business use, subject to these restrictions:
the purchased file itself may not be resold or redistributed
the product may not be offered in a way that competes with the original product
your end product should add your own creative work, context, or transformation where appropriate
any additional restrictions listed on the individual product page will still apply

5. Product-Specific Terms Control
